We have dedicated different sections on the forum, making it easier for you to navigate around and receive help quickly. Post your questions or concerns in the Site Support section of our forum to receive quick and useful answers. As well as that, you can receive the latest site news, socialise with other users and contribute your very own success stories (testimonials) with Craving Rewards.
Support Ticket
If your question cannot be answered on the forum (or you prefer a more private response), please submit a ticket via the Support section of your account, once you are logged in. Select the most appropriate category to the issue that you're addressing and - if necessary - you can attach a file to be viewed by the staff. On average, your tickets will be answered within 24 business hours (weekends are not included) after being submitted. You can check the status of your ticket by re-visiting the Support section.
